Its heavy-duty, impact-resistant aluminum construction heats and cools quickly, with a low-profile design that cleans just as easily. PowerCoat2 dual-layer ceramic-reinforced coating provides impressive abrasion resistance and smooth food release, reducing the need for oil or fat. The new handle provides a cooler, more comfortable ergonomic grip and is heat resistant up to 450°F continuous use, 600°F intermittent use.
