Flat-Bottom Wok, 14", Cantonese style, (2) steel riveted handles, can be used on induction & electric ranges
Hand hammered Cantonese wok with two riveted loop handles, for use on a gas stove. Its hand hammered nature is not ideal for induction ranges.
Bottom diameter is 8.5" and is made of 1.25 mm carbon steel.
Woks must be cleaned and seasoned prior to use. Proper seasoning will create a non-stick coating and prevent the wok from rusting.
