The Camshelving Ultimate Z-Rack is a whole new way to think about sheet pan transport. Built on three reinforced solid post connector frames, composite L-rails, and Cambro-made casters, it's engineered to outlast and outperform traditional speed racks. Rust and corrosion resistant throughout, the casters glide quietly across any kitchen floor with a dual-lock brake that secures both wheel and swivel when the rack needs to stay put. When service ends, the Z-shaped frame nests multiple racks together, reclaiming up to 34% of valuable floor space without any extra effort.
