The Demarle Flexipan Silform Bread Molds are a professional range of silicone-based molds designed for baking bread in a range of different shapes, with an aerated texture that optimizes air flow for unparalleled crust and color. Manufactured in France, this mold sheet is made of a silicone base with an aerated knitted glass fabric, and nonstick properties. Highly durable construction allows mold to be used 2000 to 3000 times. Freezer and oven safe, the Flexipan molds have a resistance to temperatures ranging from -40°F to 500°F. Dishwasher safe. Available in a choice of two mold sizes; each is sold separately.
