Designed to work with Vollrath induction buffet warmers (sold separately), this induction chafer enhances your food presentation with its sleek, mirror-finish 18-0 grade stainless steel. It features a top-of-the-line Super Pan V stainless steel food pan, a self-closing lid, and a removable cover that can easily be taken apart for thorough cleaning. The low-profile design keeps food closer to the countertop surface for easier service. Reinforced brackets and rubber table feet add stability, and its 8-quart capacity minimizes refills. Pair this chafer with a silicon induction mat (sold separately) to prevent your chafer from moving around on the induction warmer.
