The included full-size Super Pan V food pan fits large amounts of food at once, and the self-closing lid helps trap heat inside, keeping food hot and saving energy. The glass top allows customers to view items without opening the lid, further reducing energy waste, and it is easily removed at the end of the night for cleaning.
