Safe to use for induction, gas, electric, or oven cooking or warming. Ironlite cookware is safe to use up to 500° F.
Use with Spring USA professional nylon utensils to extend the life of your cookware. Each dish also includes a self-braising cover with stainless steel knob. For convenient storage, flip the cover over and dishes are stackable.
