Made of 18/10 highly polished stainless steel, the sautesuse was designed with the first-ever water channel system that diverts water and condensation away from food and back into the water bath within the vessel's base to keep food fresh, crisp, and delicious. Special design prevents induction conductivity issues caused by warping over time. NSF-certified for the highest level of product safety and sanitation.
The all-angle axles hold the lid open at any angle with smooth, no-friction movement. The sealed axels, safely housed in an all stainless steel cover, are also available in optional colored finishes. The built-in stabilizing bar with silicone foot keeps vessels in place on countertops or induction ranges, no need for silpat. Designed for use in hotels, buffets, catered events, or entertainment/ sports venues, the sauteuse is easily used and serviced. No tools are required to adjust cover or remove for cleaning/ replacement, remove with just a finger.
