The Gastroflex Molds are a professional range of flexible molds for mini pastry cakes and appetizers with material and durability to withstand in professional kitchens. This mold sheet is designed to create traditional shell-shaped French madeleine cakes. Manufactured in France, this mold is made of an extra strong, pure food-grade silicone, with a nonstick finish, that is durable and easy to work with. Freezer and oven safe, the Gastroflex molds have a resistance to temperatures ranging from -58°F to 482°F. It is dishwasher safe and resistant to stains and odors, ensuring longevity in its product life. The Madeleine mold is available in a choice of two mold sizes; each is sold separately.
