This mold sheet is designed for creating mini muffins and cupcakes, as well as pastries like entremets, mini quiches, and egg souffles. Manufactured in France, this mold is made of an extra strong, pure food-grade silicone, with a nonstick finish, that is durable and easy to work with. Freezer and oven safe, the Gastroflex molds have a resistance to temperatures ranging from -58°F to 482°F. It is dishwasher safe and resistant to stains and odors, ensuring longevity in its product life. The Muffin/Cupcake mold is available in a choice of two mold sizes; each is sold separately.
