The Matfer Mandoline 2000S was designed by Matfer and manufactured in France to the specifications of professional chefs. Reversible steel plate blade allows precise straight and waffled cuts. Additional vertical blades allow julienne and baton cuts from 3mm to 10mm thick. Foot stand and safety pusher allow for ergonomic, comfortable, and safe use during high-volume restaurant production. Easily disassembles for dishwasher-safe cleaning.
