The Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass Flat Beveled Spatula is a high-performance rigid spatula suiting a variety of professional kitchen and baking needs. Rigid construction and beveled blade make it ideal for scraping down bowls and pots, lifting fond, and more. Manufactured in France and comprised of Exoglass, a proprietary composite material developed by Matfer. This material is non-porous, easy to clean and can be sterilized, and won’t rust or deteriorate over time. Safe for all types of cookware including non-stick pans. Heat resistant to temperatures up to 430°. NSF certified and dishwasher safe. This spatula is available in 6 sizes, each sold separately.
