The Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass Rigid Dough Cutter/Bench Knife is a durable multipurpose tool for baking, pastry, and a variety of other kitchen tasks. This cutter is available in 2 designs, each sold separately. Manufactured in France and comprised of Exoglass, a proprietary composite material developed by Matfer. This material is non-porous, easy to clean and can be sterilized, and will not deteriorate or rust over time. Exoglass is heat resistant and naturally more nonstick than stainless steel or aluminum options. This bench Dough Cutter/Bench Knife is also designed with a round handle that creates an easy ergonomic grip. NSF certified and dishwasher safe.
