Lakeside's innovative breakdown cart saves labor and reduces breakage by presorting soiled dishes close to the point of service. The Lakeside B599 has 3 flat and 1 angled shelves featuring side and back rails to securely hold bus tubs with a 1,000-lb weight capacity. The B599 angled shelves are pitched at 20 for easy access to reach and organize glass/cup racks. The angled shelves also feature a drain system with a clear plastic drain tube to avoid wet floors and accidents.

This model has tubular push handles on both sides allow pushing or pulling from either end to better navigate confined areas. The 14 gauge shelves give extra strength to support heavy dishes and the all-welded U-shape construction provides a stronger structure and easier-to-clean surface. This unit has marine guard front edges on flat shelves to prevent drippage. Large 8" No-Mark casters make it smooth and easy to transport the cart to the dishwashing area or away from the wall to clean.

Slides below the bottom shelf accommodate a 12" x 20" x 2" drain pan. This cart's built-in food scraper with plastic hanging waste bins clean mess quickly and easily. Made in the USA.
