The Champion DH3000 Door-Type Dishwasher delivers high-temperature sanitizing performance with exceptional installation flexibility, featuring exclusive field convertibility to single or three-phase power (208 or 240 volt) and configurable corner or straight-through operation. Capable of processing up to 55 racks per hour, it includes a built-in booster configured for a 70° rise and Rinse Sentry™ to ensure a consistent 180°F final rinse. Designed for efficiency and reliability, the DH3000 features Auto Start activation, a high-efficiency 1 HP pump with a self-draining design, automatic tank fill, automatic drain valve, and low water tank heat protection. With single-point connections, detergent and chemical connections, interchangeable upper and lower wash arms, top-mounted splash-proof controls, vent fan control, and a pressure-regulating valve, the DH3000 provides durable, high-capacity warewashing performance for demanding commercial kitchens
