Araven - Dough Box, 23 3/4"W x 15 7/8"D x 4"H, -95C to -40C temperature range, easy to clean, transparent box, clear, BPA Free;
Containers preserve doughs without altering their properties. Side grips for easy handling and carrying. Use the Araven Horeca Marker pen to write on this part of the box and identify the contents by indicating information on their source or handling.
There are three ways to stack them:
1.Tower stack. Box on box stack. The base of the box acts like a lid for the one below, preventing the dough balls contained inside from drying out.
2. Aerated stack. When the dough requires aeration or to release part of the gas.
3. Cross stack. After washing, air is allowed to circulate between the stacked boxes for fast and correct drying Available drop-on lid which adjusts to the edge of the box to protect its contents against environmental exposure and prevent the risk of external contamination
