Broadway Oyster Bar & Grafton Oyster Bar
Chef Brad is the executive chef at both locations and is a partner in the new Grafton location.
You may be scratching your head, but they have expanded to a beautiful river front location in Grafton, IL. They opened the Grafton Oyster Bar on March 1, 2016, just in time for crawfish season. They have also opened a new kitchen in St. Louis to allow them to offer catering (BOB on the Fly) and allow for future expansion ideas. On top of all that, they recently opened new outdoor all-season patio with state of the art restrooms at Broadway Oyster Bar allowing us to seat an additional 80 people.
Chef Brad is originally from Jerseyville, IL getting his education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. However, he established his roots in grandmother’s kitchen but also credits hard work, persistence, research, and surrounding myself with hardworking intelligent people.
His favorite menu items are shrimp and grits, chargrilled oysters, and voodoo shrimp and he is able to make all three of these dishes with his favorite piece of equipment, his hands.
