The Restaurant’s mission is to present a seasonally inspired menu that celebrates the bounty of flavors from right here in out community. The menu changes daily, giving our team the flexibility to experiment with what’s in season in order to deliver a unique experience every time you visit. We make all of our pastas, breads, desserts and ice creams in house and proudly partner with many local purveyors.

Basso, italian for beneath, is equally comfortable and vibrant offering italian inspired dishes with the freshest flavors around. At the helm is Chef Patrick Connolly. His menu of Italian-inspired cuisine is the perfect blend of the approachable and the adventurous. A native St. Louisan, Connolly returned home to put his stamp on this new venue. Connolly is a James Beard Award winner, and the passion that earned him the coveted "Best Chef - Northeast" designation (among other prestigious accolades) is evident in his inventive menu.
